Psychometric Investigation of the Cultural Intelligence Scale Using the Rasch Measurement Model in South Korea

As the business environment and its workforce’s composition have become more diversified, attention has been paid to cultural intelligence or ability effectively function in such an environment. Various attempts made measure develop leaders staff members’ intelligence. The Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS) is most representative tool for measuring worldwide frequently used South Korea. Although CQS validity verified each country region, it without psychometric verification Korea simply translates original scale into Korean. This study’s objective was test when employed with employees of Korean companies. It applied Rasch measurement model confirm various aspects.
